Good day pool hall junkies. I would like to start off by thanking everyone for their support and help in making this blog a success during these past few months. A short list would include my parents, Lorraine and Hans Noé, my girlfriend, Chelsea Raso, along with Erik Hjorleifson, John Morra, Jason Klatt and Patrick Guigui.

It is with great excitement and anticipation that I can now announce the launch of my new website. The website has started production this past week and I expect to it to be up and fully operational within the next month or so. The thought behind this site, as was with the blog, is that there is a major need for up to date and professional pool and billiard coverage especially in Canada but from around the world as well. We will have a section that will cover all cue-sports from across Canada. This will be done by drop box with the option to click on any province and get the details of what's going on in their pool scenes. In the mainstream media there is virtually no coverage, thus it is my objective along with my partner, Canadian Champion Erik "Big Red" Hjorleifson, to bridge this gap. In order to keep you, the audience, up to date with the all the latest information in the cue-sports world. We will also be getting all the information from the Philippines and Asia courtesy of Toronto native and major pool enthusiast, Christopher Clark, who now lives in the Philippines.

The site will have a section for news, blogs, instructional's as well as a place for opinion pieces. As with any news organization we will have an area for opinion focused pieces that talk about the state of the game. To Hjorleifson and myself we feel this will be an important section of our site for a few reasons. Mainly being that there are a lot of political issues with our great game that hold it back and need to be discussed in a professional but public manner. Some of these issues exist right here in Canada and Hjorleifson and I believe in order to grow this game back to its historic heights, certain barriers need to be broken down and organizations restructured.

This is one way we will be different from anything else out there, but we will also have personal updates in forms of blogs and tweets from professionals like John Morra and Jason Klatt. Morra's first blog contribution will be during the CSI invitational tournaments held July 18-25 in Las Vegas. Also as of recently, two time top 5 finisher in the World Championships and multiple Canadian title holder Paul Potier, has expressed interest in joining the team. He runs instructional clinics in Calgary and wishes to contribute through instructional articles.

Finally I would like to announce my partnership with Patrick Guigui of Snooker Canada. We initially met during the Richler Cup, a fantastic snooker tournament which I foresee becoming an international event. His positive attitude and passion is contagious and after this magnificent event I knew I had to find a way to work with him in the future.

Two weeks ago I had my opportunity as he contacted me to announce the upcoming Canadian University Championships. This is something that has never been done before at a collegiate level and is another example of Guigui's dedication to the expansion and promotion of cue-sports in Canada. Once he contacted me I asked for a meeting to discuss my future endeavors. Guigui was very enthused and supportive of all aspects of the project and immediately jumped on-board. He will be my fist major sponsor on the new site. This has given us the resources necessary to start production and to kick off our new project.

Again I would like to thank everyone for their help and support and I look forward working with current contacts and making new ones. If you are interested in being a sponsor there are different packages that will soon be made available that should fit every budget. We know there are many pool halls and billiard companies in Canada and we hope to get as many with us as possible. Keeping in mind that the success of this website means success and awareness for cue-sports as a whole. Eventually this media platform will hopefully be used to better the lives of our Canadian players through sponsorship and future events and tours which are already being discussed. We are also looking for player representatives from around Canada. If you are interested in being a rep or a sponsor please feel free to contact myself or Erik through our Facebook Pages.

Sincerely,
Markus Noe.
