As you probably know with the departure of Norwood, Valley, and Dufferin from North America installers lost valuable resources for hardwood wedges .I started cutting my own wedges when I was unable to find acceptable wedges through regular wholesale sources. Other installers asked if I would cut wedges for them. March of this year I started making wedges available to billiard mechanics. I use maple, purpleheart, and recently found that 100 year old oak is an exellent choice (very dry, very hard). I am offering packs of 10 ( typical for installing or servicing 1 table) in any quantity. Typicaly 100's @ 25 cents per wedge, and 1000's @ 20 cents per wedge. Wedges are 5-6 inches long, 1/4-3/8 inch thick, come to a shrarp point and average 3\4 inch width. I have 10 to 20 thousand in stock, and cut more daily. Samples are available, as well as shim stock in veneer, 1/8", and 1/4". Should you have a need or know an installer or service who does please contact me.
