I really wish there were a Flash version of the WEI table. I run on Linux, and Shockwave is just simply not available for Linux OS.

Why not? I still run windows 98 because I am old school and still like the flexibility 98 offers as opposed to smoke and unseen layers of the newer version. You're talking to a guy that bought an Amiga as his first Pc, when

The story goes:
As some know, my old computer crash about two years ago. So I went a whole year without one...kinda refreshing actually.
Anyway....so about a year ago, the hubby feels sorry for this guy cause his certifiable (seriously) wife throws him out of the house. Well, this guy builds computers for a living. So, we figure he makes a good income, we'll let him rent out our old trailer.........wrong!!! Didn't know the guy had a major whiskey and pot problem....needless to say, he didn't pay his rent. And we got stuck for his electric bill to boot.
Well...the husband cuts a deal with him...build us a system to offset what you owe in rent. So, he builds us a system with a split hd....one side runs Windows 2000 Professional (for the husband's school needs), but has NO internet access. The other side is partitioned with Linux, which, since it's open source code, is infinitely less vunerable to hacking and viruses. BTW, he was also running his own server, so we were also getting free high-speed internet access, and free repair and troubleshooting and upgrades, etc. Not to mention the approx 5 firewalls to protect the system from hacking. Which is why I run Linux. I don't understand it much, but it works far better than the MicroFlaccid OS I have run in the past, and is much, much less problematic. And I really like the Firefox browser to boot. Plus.....Linux has something called WineTools, which allows for mirrors to Windows programs, like Office 2000 Professional. And I can access my Windows files from Linux and visa versa....pretty cool, actually. However, there is no ability to run Shockwave in Linux. No one is writing code for it...perhaps it's just too buggy...Lol.
But the positives outweigh the negatives to running Linux, so I will stick with it. And no, I am not on a Mac....regular old PC.

Anyone know if WEI code(the code for generating export lines) is open source?
I can write something up in Java or Flash with most of the features I believe(only a handful of the new features though, random is nice as well as the box lines and moving balls to end of line).
However I don't want to compete with Wei, so the export would have to work for both, anyone know?
