Weird Shaft Problem - Any Suggestions?

I have three shafts - lets just call them A,B,C

and two Butts, B1 and B2

I roll all three shafts by themselves, no problems. some very very minor roll on one of them but it is so small its negligible.

I roll both butts, perfectly fine.

Now i attach shafts A,B & C to B1 - all of it rolls ok

Now I attach shafts A,B & C to B2 - A & B rolls ok, C seems as if the tip is coming up close to 1/8th of an inch or MORE! on the roll? whats happening? I thought it was the joint problem, but its not..cuz the other two shafts are rolling ok..and when i look ta the joint area..its sealed completely. I thought the thread was crooked, but it rolls ok with butt B1...i am just confused. Anyone knows the reason?

Thanks.

Just curious, is the pin length, that is the depth it seats into the shaft, the same on B1 and B2.

yeh, same maker & same pin.

- actually i just looked at it..its the same threadcount and size..but the pinhead is slightly diff, looks a little thicker and taller (by a hair or two) on the butt thats rolling the shaft weird.
