This promising young girl is the reigning European Champion Snooker, and starts the World Championships Snooker this weekend as first seed!
She had a bronze medal in the European Championships Straight Pool after playing Pool for only four months!!

After that she will hit the USA next year in the qualifing tournaments for the WPBA.

Wendy has already been to the USA, earlier this year, and played in a qualifier on the Chesapeake Area Tour, known as C.A.T.

Although she only finished, somewhere around 5th or 6th, there were several other world class players at that tournament,including Kelly Fisher and Miyuki Sakai.

With a little more 9-ball experience, she could be a force to be reckoned with.
