What kind of Cue is this ? J. Pechauer?

Does anyone know what I have here ? I have looked all over the internet and not found the sign with the JP together like that. Is it a old J. Pechauer maybe? Please help, Someone wants to sell it to me for $400.00. Is it worth it ? It sure hits well.

I think it might be a Joe Porper, and yes, it's worth the $400, if it's not damaged. JMO!

It is a pechauer JP11.
100% Condition - $575.00
95% Condition - $285.00
70% Condition - $190.00

It would have to be damn near perfect for me to pay $400 for it, but that is just me...

P.S. It's from 1992, and it sold for $550 new

Do you happen to have a picture of one or know where I can get all that info you just got for me? I appreciate the info alot. How do you know all that about it. I could not find it anywhere on the internet. Do you have one ?

That cue was in the Pechauer catalog as late as around 1996. It was toward the high end of the JP series, but not a Pro series (it should have a plastic joint instead of SS -- can't tell from the photo).

I agree with John's assessment: it's pricey at $400. I'd pass.

Plenty of used (and new) JP's around, and they most all hit the same, unless someone's messed with the cue.

About the photo -- Tiger Shark?

No , 8 Foot Lemon Shark i caught about 2 months ago in Marco Island, FL .Close to where i live in 6 foot of water . :-) I fish and i paly pool !. :-)
