What kind of cue is this?

Its a pool cue

Just thought I'd answer the question.

As opposed to a barb e que, or a curley q.

JV (---has all the answers

My memory is a little vague on the official line but I believe I saw it many years ago in a 90's falcon catalog. It a Canadian made Falcon for sure during the time they were making many of the Predator stuff.

Thats awesome, Scott Erwin is refinishing it for me right now. He said he thought it was a Jackson Cue. I'll post pictures of it when it is finished. I don't know a lot about Jackson Cues but I know the older falcons were sweet cues

That's awesome! Scott Erwin just finished the rewrap and refinish and I'm picking it up next week. I'll post picks as soon as I get it back

That will be so cool to see. I know that the cue you have was at least in the 600.00$(Can) range if not higher in the 90's. So refinished it should be a really amazing cue. :)

That butt design is pretty unique. I'm pretty much 85% sure it's a 90's Falcon cue. I have a pretty sure recollection of that design in a falcon catalog of that time around the same time I bought my Falcon PL-3. When I was a young lad in my area Falcon cues where gold and Predator was platinum. Anybody that was anybody either had a Falcon cue with a predator 314 shaft or a full line Predator cue. It was rare to see any other cue maker like Joss, Viking, McDermott or even a Schon which we only saw with someone from out of town. Customs where very very rare.

Something funny. You know if someone was good or bad just by checking out his ferrule. If you had that chalk line mark on the ferrule you know the guy was at best a B player.

That's awesome, I just got a Pred P3 leopard wood with leather wrap an a 314. It's pretty sweet and I got a hell of a deal.

I really like falcon cues, I've heard some bad things about the new ones but I don't care I've learned that just because a lot of people say it sucks doesn't mean it does. I might but a low end one to try out
