Hello all! Could I get some input on what model this Olhausen is and maybe how they play? It’s fairly new I believe. I have a GC 4 and wouldn’t expect it to play as well as it but how would it compare to the GC4?
Any and all reply’s appreciated!
Thanks!

I'm not sure about the model either, but I imagine for a home table, it will play just fine.

Why would you look at Olhausen when the GC4 is among the best table ever made?

If it's stock you'll cuss its frankly shit pocket geometry. They are nice tables and for casual players they will suffice. If one wants to get more serious you have to fix the pocket geometry. At minimum put 3/16" 60 durometer neoprene facings, more involved requires much more work. They are very well built furniture grade tables. Not commercial grade but they are built well enough they could be passed down for several generations in a home setting.

Basically they are a well built home table but you gotta do a bit with the pockets.

I struggled a lot with my Ohausen. Cloth kept getting cuts at the pockets, had to replace it after 6 months. Pockets fell apart twice, had to be replaced. After 1-1/2 years, the pockets are falling apart, again, and the cloth is tearing at the pockets. I enjoyed the table but two hours a day on it showed. I sold it and bought a Diamond, for that very reason. I can post some pictures or send via PM if anyone is curious.
