You can also contact the States Attorney in your state and in his state. I had to do that once and the guy later told me there was a nasty message on his machine and a nasty letter on his door step when he got back home. Unfortunately in my case the guy was innocent and I felt like a real s**t but it was straightened out and I withdrew my complaint ( I tried to contact him for a week).
I did all of this on the computer after I called the court house and got the contact info. Hopes this helps & good luck. B
