What specific high humidity % could affect Simonis 860?

Just found this forum yesterday. Great stuff. I did some searching but couldn't find a specific answer to my question.

I will be playing 8ball or 9 ball on my 6 year old Brunswick 8ft Montebello and am thinking about getting it re-clothed professionally when it is reassebled as I have moved about a year ago.

I am debating to try and reuse the cloth I have which is Mali and is in good shape. It is ok playability wise but I may upgrade since the table is apart. I am not a pro- only play at home but enjoy playing the game and want to get better. I have played recreationally for 15 years or so. My basement is finshed and below grade. Currently it is 70% humidity(today) and the first level of the house is 55%. Just rained yestereday. I have HVAC vents and a cold air return and yesterday bought a de-humidifier for an 800 sq ft area(2 rooms). Haven't used the dehumidifier yet. I live in Pittsburgh PA.

I was thinking about the Simonis 860 but am concerned about humidity at it is 90% wool and have learned it isn't always humidity friendly. I don't want to have to always have the dehumidifier running for fear that the cloth may losen up. I may go on vacation for a week or so. I want to have it - enjoy it and not have to worry.

My questions:
1. is the 860 ok? Or is a 70/30 blend better? I need a dark green/spruce color and you can't get it in the 860R. Any other suggestions -Championship Tour 3030 ?

2. What relative humidity level is too high that may affect the cloth permanently as in loosening? 80% or higher for what length of time? Or will a good install prevent this?

I would appreciate the input. I apologize if i missed a previous thread. I posted this same question in the table mechanic section but would like to know if people have had actual issues with Simonis 860 and needing to get it restreched.
