the year matters? This is a pre-chinese buyout model, after that, who cares. Duffrin made decent cues in the in the mid to low price range.
Anybody who's owned one will tell you there's nothing wrong with them except:
- the wacky aluminum joint will get locked up if you constantly over tighten it.
- The European taper is prone to warping
- The splices on the butt are almost always uneven
So.... where does that leave you and your cue? It's pretty, it probably plays just fine, it's never going to make you a $1000 selling it....
