Whats the deal with Atlas?

What is up with Atlas is everything they sell now crap? I just got an order of threaded rod and it is the worst I have ever seen. One piece is actually twisted like a corkscrew like it had been torqued or something the rest is bent like a bow. I'm not kidding I wonder how they got it in the box. And the box is fine so it didn't happen in shipping. Who is making this stuff for them? Who ever it is they need a new supplier. I guess I am just angry because the guy didn't leave the package and I had to drive like 10 miles to get it only to get this crap.

Atlas

I just got an order from them and I ordered 2 titanium 3/8-10 flat nose pins and they sent me one and it was the round nose variety. When I call to complain they acted like I was I was not being truthfull. As if I had some reason to ask for what I had ordered and I had the other pin to send back to them. I guess they thought I made the one I was sending back. They were not going to replace it until they found that I had a bunch of credit with them. This is not the first time they screwed up an order and the other time they acted like I was trying to rip them off also. As if they couldn't make a mistake. They said two people counted the order. Thay better hire some people that can count. Butterflycues
