What's the deal with painpool(Aaron Pain)?I'll tell you.Another great transaction.I just finished another deal with Aaron and as always,it was as smooth silk.Aaron always comes up with great cues and is extremely easy to deal with.I regret that some customer service issues had been recently publicly aired,but I have not had any problems with my transactions.On my most recent transaction,Aaron had gotten the cue from a fellow az'er(Guycrunch).It was brought to my attention that Guy had posted that ther cue may have a warp in it.I called Aaron with this concern and aaron immediately took care of it by contacting Guy and getting the rest of the story.Guy said that he always says there may be a little problem with his cues so that,if there is,no one can say they were misinformed.Aaron promptly informed me of this to quell my concerns.This type of honesty and over the top good customer service goes a long way in my opinion.That's why I will deal with aaron anytime.
