Anybody here what happened with Barry the other day in court? He was sopposed to find out 9-9-03 if he would be out for the Open.
 
Barry Behrman will be running the U.S. Open.

There is a story printed on Billiards Digest about what happened in court.

My father got out Tuesdsay and is doing good. The Open starts Monday!

I believe 28 stands for 28th annual

Brady that is (GREAT) news. I hope everything works out for him. The open isn't an event it's THE event, I hope he gets this fantastic show back on track because pro pool can't afford to lose what I think is the greatest show on earth. See ya there
 
US OPEN

Brady:

I hear that Danny Harriman is not going to attend the US OPEN because he is still owed prize money from your mid atlantic tournament that happened earlier this year. What's the deal? Why were some players paid and some not paid their prize money? Danny is one of the elite players and always finishes high at the OPEN, I would hate to see him not attend.

Any idea what time on Sunday the final match will be held? I just might have to extend my stay.

This will be my first Open. Do you sell any type of souvenir programs?

Warren, Danny should have no problems with my father. My event was my event. I lost over 20K and still owe 10+. He aswell as others will get paid by me.

Danny knows that my Mid Atlantic was MY event and maybe he has other reasons not to play???

I do not work with or for my father anymore and am growing my new web design company aswell as working on other projects.

Again, weather hazards on the way up the East Coast right before a great pool event, the U.S. Open, in Chesapeake Beach, Virginia.

Just like the snow storm that happened right before and during the Mid-Atlantic tournament of Brady's.

Just like the outage the night of the players meeting for Big Apple in NYC.

Just like the MAJOR snow storm that delayed (by 2 days) the 10-Ball Tournament at Trumps Marina in Atlantic City.

Just like the 9/11 tragedy right before another U.S. Open.

Any word on Isabel for those of us traveling by car? Hope she putters out to sea.

Directly back to jail...as soon as the US Open is completed. I received a copy of the newspaper article a few days ago. Hope all is going well with you Ted.:cool:
 
Isabel is presently at 22N - 60W and now listed as a Cat 4 with projected path to miss Florida and head for the Carolinas. With the possibility of turning further north and missing the coast.

Weathermen keep saying they won'tknow for sure until tuesday.
