where can i go?

where can i go here in manila, or somewhere close in makati, where they are fixing/reshaping cues?
i just bought a new cue stick and i really love it...like what i posted a few days back, i wanted its shaft to look like somewhat mika's shaft...i dont want to trust this job to just somebody...
i tried to contact viatorre cues because someone here in the forum told me they had a branch here...sadly...i have received none from them yet....

i...uhm...really dont know...
because im now playing mostly on bottom spins...so i now use most of the time the loop bridge, since my fingers are around 7-8 cm and are relatively thinner (im a slim person, 5'5 1/2" 120 pounder ) than most average people.
also, my bridge is always placed somewhere around 5-6 inches away from the tip, and i get the power of my stroke on the follow-through, the harder i want to hit the ball, the longer my follow-through is, at least that's what i notice on my shot. i dunno if that's relevant but when i use my old cue, i sanded it using a machine so its uniform, starting from around 12.5-12.75 mm,the diameter gets thicker as it approaches the butt unlike the one mika's using, the diameter is almost the same until it reaches a certain point...
well...beside those...im also a fan of mika.
