Where has Sylver Ochoa gone?

I'm sure he will be at the Derby. He put up a tremendous showing in the onepocket division last year and got 2nd to Scott Frost. The semis and the finals were some great pool by him.

he & scott frost were a special treat to watch in those final games. They were both about out on there feet. Like two boxers in the last rounds of a title fight. After the match i congradulated both players & they were gracious enogh to reply and talk for a moment. Sylver carried himself very well thruout the entire derby. Seems like a very fine young man. Hope to be watching both of them in the finals again this year.

....and 2nd place in Banks the year before -- making him one the up and comers that are good candidates for Master of the Table at the Derby at some point ... maybe soon :grin:
