I have one philippine movie. Efren play such like a clown actor inside. I am very angry and regret after see it. It's a very stupid movie.

I highly doubt Efren is mistreated. I am sure he affords high luxury. The Philippines isn't such a bad place, especially when you have money. Everywhere can have it's bad spots, but all-in-all, the Philippines is a very comfortable place to live. The lifestyle there is much more relaxed than in many Western nations.
I am sure that during lunch-time, when all of the guys in high school go to the pool halls, each of them is trying to emulate Efren Reyes, Francisco Bustamante, and Jose Parica. I highly doubt they receive any disrespect.
