Are there any AZers in Ft. Myers? I am leaving to go there tomorrow and will be there until Friday. What are the places to play, and are there any guys there who buy/sell/trade custom cues?

KF Cue tour

The KF Cue's 9-ball tournament has an amateur event
February 22nd at Stroker's in Tampa, FL
$700 added

cue sales and repairs will be available

I am not sure exactly how far that is from Ft Meyers about 2 hrs I would guess. There are alot of great pool rooms this way, at least 5 in a 30 minute radius with a ton of pool being played outside of the tournament this weekand as well.

I hope this helps you a little bit

Diamond's in Cape Coral....

just won Best New Room and Best Room in Billiards Digest. They opened in December 2008. 7 and 9 foot Diamonds, 4.5 inch pockets. Three 9 footers have 4.25 inch pockets. Good food, full bar. Sundays they have a little 8 ball tournament, race to two for a $10 entry fee. If you're looking for a cue, ask for one of the owners. His name is James. He has some nice cues for sale occassionally. Not connected to the place, but nicest room I've EVER been in.
