Bought it used and the idiot manufacturer is refusing to answer cause he said I didn’t buy it directly from him. Any idea? I have it set up for one cue but need another bumper for the 2nd cue.

You could bring it to Home depot and see what thread it is. The bumper looks like there's a brass insert glued to it.

Yeah he seems like a really strange guy. Anyway, any idea who makes 5/16-18 bumpers? I’m guessing Meucci? Maybe that should be my starting point.
I bought a Jacoby extension and a bunch of bumpers because it replaces the 3/8x16 weight bolt most of my cues have
Rick Roper is the guy you need to talk to. He is very knowledgeable about extensions. He builds a ton of them and could get you fixed up I’ll bet. You can message him on FB/Messenger and I’m sure he can take care of you. You will need to know what thread that extension is and what thread your cue’s weight system is before you call.
