Finally got pics of the white tip I've been seeing... they claim theirs is a white diamond..well the single tip is a white diamond...what the hell is the this tip on the cue?????

I suppose it could be a white diamond, but from the photo it really doesn't look like one. Does it appear to be a fiber tip?
