this is a very very early whitten. it has the name tag stitched on the outside of the case. maybe 1988-1989 vintage for whitten. good price as well glws
Thanks, Storminorman. You are correct. I've owned the case 20 years. Bought it new. I don't know this for certain but I have owned other newer Whittens and to me the leather is noticeably thicker on this case. Primarily a storage case over the years but has seen some action.
