Who is Floyd Franklin Otto ? I found this article on the internet. Don't know if it been posted before.
Floyd Otto counts among his friends men called “Rags,” “Squirrel,” “Bananas,” “Billy Dilly,” Weenie Beenie, Don Decoy” and, of course, “Fats.”

Floyd counted the legendary Minnesota Fats as a friend and touring partner. He recalls a North Carolina pool tour in 1933: “Fatty and I went into this little place in a town called Oxford and Fatty asked one guy if he wanted to play pool. The guy said no, but ‘I’ll play you billiards.’ He beat Fatty the first game, but Fatty came back and beat him for $70 after that. You see, Fatty was a good billiards player. He played with Willie Hoppe.” Floyd explained that pool and billiards are different. “You could be good at pool and not at billiards."
