Who knows HartLine USA cue

Hi,
does any of you know this cue? It's on the butt: HART LINE U.S.A.

Hart Line can also be the queue series.

The bumper is round, apparently an old cue with a wooden interior.

Maybe it is a pre Viking made by Gordan Hart as it has some Viking characteristics. But I have never seen the Logo before.
 
Looks like an Asian import to me. Likely Taiwan. Pretty sure neither Gordon nor Viking built this. I guess its possible that viking made these for one certain dealer but i've never heard of them.

My guess is that it’s an American export by Viking to Europe.

You could probably date it by finding a similar design or features in an American line.

Why not sell under the Viking name? Maybe they thought it would ruffle some Europeon feathers for historical reasons.

... Just a guess.
