Who makes Oasis cues?

Sorry if I put this in the wrong forum, but I figured I'd be ok asking here. I've only seen this guys work on Lucky's website, but haven't been able to find anything else on him. Is he in the states? Does he have a website? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure they're made in Japan. Give me an hour and I'll find out for sure.

It didn't take very long after all. He's a Japanese cuemaker that was originally a master lutier. Oasis is the only Japanese cuemaker that Lucky sells.
