who uses spotted cueball in snooker?

Aramith markets their Pro Cup Snooker set with the spotted cueball as their top of the line set.

Do they use Aramith on the pro tour, and if so, why not these?

the balls are aramith i think but i just don't think the spotted cue ball would go well on the snooker table.
