Widowmaker Cues

Hey Everyone,
I just received a cue from a good friend of mine, he's no longer able to play the game due to health reasons.
It is a Widowmaker #25
It was ordered by my friend from Bert Kenister quite a few years ago
but i don't think it was made by him, or was it?
That is my question who built it , and what is the 25 mean?

Bert made the cues with Canadian cuemaker Greg Hearn, who recently passed away. I'm not sure how much work Bert did on the cues himself, and I'm also not sure if he is still making more.
