I have Willard tipper for sale in good condition still works great, just don't use it anymore , i now use lathe. I remember years ago, i use to go to guy and have him put my tips on with one of these, i really liked that way they worked.

It's all there and has two different size collets, no extra blades etc. However , they can be purchased thru miueller
