The Willard Cutter and Tipper tool is a profession a cue repair machine. It cleans up the face of the tip and top of the ferrule. It holds the tip in place for gluing preparation and then holds the tip in place against the shaft. After the tip has dried, the machine will trim the excess off the tip until it is perfectly flush with the ferrule. For 12 mm to 13.5 mm shafts and applies tips 13 mm to 14 mm. Overall size 9 1/2" L x 4" W x 2 1/2" D.
