We are contacting you to let you know of the upcoming changes to the Matchroom.Live platform, which will change to WNT TV, a dedicated pool only service, from 7th January 2025.
We have put together a comprehensive and consolidated FAQ to help navigate this transition to the new service, and what this may mean for your subscription.
I’m an existing Matchroom Live user, what will happen to my account?
From Jan 7th, your account will switch to WNT TV, users will be required to re-register using their existing account details from Matchroom Live, from then you will be able to continue their active subscription should you have one.
How much does WNT TV cost?
$10 per month or $100 per annum (local currencies apply).
What will be included as part of my subscription to WNT TV?
If there is not a broadcaster in your country (check matchroompool.com for specific event broadcast details), users can view the live events on the 2025 WNT schedule.
Users in the US will be able to access the full schedule on WNT TV in 2025, in addition to hundreds of hours of VOD (video on demand) content including previous matches, live streams, interviews and more.
What device does WNT TV work on?
Live video streams are only available on the desktop/laptop and up to date mobile browsers on the official WNT TV website.
Please note, that it is your responsibility to ensure you are using compatible technology ahead of purchasing a subscription.

I am locked out of my current account, what can I do?

Can I watch the event after its finished?
Yes, video on demand will be available after the event completion although some broadcast right deals affect in the following countries; UK and Ireland.
