I just saw some of the WPC from Cardiff with a 19 year old that qualified by winning a Jr. Pool Championship. I can't remember his name but the commentary is priceless as he was playing Oliver Ortman with many championships under his belt. They said the kid has been playing for only 2 weeks (bull) and playing with a cue that he bought for 2 pounds. They said this should be quickand would last about 12 minutes for Oliver to crush the kid. Well the kid got some lucky rolls and in a short race like this to 5 games the kid put Oliver down 5 to 2. A better upset than the US hockey team over Russia!

Dominic Clemens is his name, met him at the World Qualifiers.

He is a Junior England 8-Ball Player, and yes, the qualifiers was his first week playing 9-ball. He won the final 5-4, and it lasted 2 hours!
