I am very interested in the state of cue culture around the globe. I am particulary interested to learn of, and about, countries or regions which enjoy a robust enthusiasm for our sport at its basic level -- what is the experience of bangers, not the pro level tournament play.

I have not traveled much beyond the Southeast, but when I do, I have made it a point to carry a cue and seek out the local scene. I am hoping our members who have had the opportunity to travel more broadly and experience our sport abroad will share what they found. As always, thank you all for sharing.

I've heard its kind of a big deal in the Phillipines.

We live in the northern Midwest. My son plays in tournaments every weekend. We travel from Chicago to Des Moines as far north as Appleton Wisconsin down to St. Louis. He has kept us very busy all year.

Its rockin' in Europe. Almost every country has a very organized association with training for kids. Just read where the EPBF Tour isgoing to broadcast/stream live next yr. The Euro's are so far ahead of what the US does its a joke.
