Hi all, I'm new to this site and new to pool table ownership and after reading some of the threads I'm sorry I didn't get a Brunswick, Connelly, or Olhausen table. But I paid a great price (I Think) 350.00 for a MINT World of Leisure - Milan Table. Is anyone familiar with this table or brand and ease my mind that I didn't make a mistake? Thanks for your input. Ron.

I wouldn't feel bad at all. You got a hell of a deal on an exceptional table. I used to have a WOL 9 footer and it played better than most tables I've ever played on. I bought mine new in the early 90's. The rails were very fast and the [pocket] shelves deep. It also had Simonis 760 which I'm sure accounted for some of that speed.

Enjoy,
RG

world of liesure

i have a world of liesure 8ft pool table in my basement. the table is furniture style, but suites the purpose well. it is more for entertaining quest than playing serious pool on it. still it enables you to practice and stay in stroke. but, if your like most die hard pool players, you will play more pool out in the pool rooms than at home. dont be surprised to see your table become a laundry basket.
