Is there a website that has the world rankings of pool for men and women? Also, does anyone know how the rankings are determined? Thanks.

There are no "official" world rankings really as there is no recognised world tour. The rankings that most go by are the WPA's. They take the major tournaments around the world into consideration, eg World Champs, US Open etc.

So you will need the WPA site for them.
 
You cannot judge who is the best in the world if you do not get the top players in the world competing against each other. I would not call the IBC a recognised world tour, ok, they have tournaments around the world, but the world's top players do not compete in it really.

Until there is a tour which has events whereby every top player in the world goes to, there will be no World Rankings.

Look at snooker, worlds top players competing in every event, those rankings can be classed as official due to the calibre of players in those events.

Hopefully one day pool will be able to say this too.
