I have this Palmer break jump cue I bought many many years ago and stopped using due to what i think is a bent or shifted joint. If you roll it on a table it lifts almost 3/4 inch at the joint with three different shafts. Running my finger over the joint, the collar sticks out on one side where it meets the wood a bit. Is it worth fixing if so a guesstiment on what it might cost. Thanks for your time.
