I agree....I have both. I use the Tiger leather bridge for myself, the moosehead is for sharing. I did take fine sand paper, and sanded out every single seam line on the moosehead...much nicer now.

Under no circumstances would I spend 130 bucks for a bridging system. Without even looking at the link I know it is just another pole and bridge head to carry around. I'm perfectly content with the moosehead bridge and a house cue to stick it on. Or for that matter, I'm satisfied with most house bridges.

a friend of mine who was a good player moved out of town, he gave me one of these bridge things, i asked if he used it much, he said no. he was stopping pool 100% cold turkey after trying to "make it" after 15 years, he just couldnt win. anyways i thought it looked like the best thing ever, it is a fantastic dust catcher it sat in the same spot for 8 years in my other house until i moved it several months ago, i'm not shure where its catching dust at now-but dont worry it is still doing a hell of a good job at it.

Go to the golf shop and pick up a golf ball retriever. Take the cup off the end and add a tenon and ferrule to replace it. BAM, your done. $14.95 for the retriever. .05 for the tenon and $2.00 for a ferrule. Less than $20 for the package. Moose head bridge, $2.50.

This is the best tip i've gotten about pool in a long time. There is no way i'd ever pay $130 for a bridge of any kind, but i'm interested in this idea.

I learned to shoot with my left hand and I keep a moose head bridge in my cue case that I put on my break cue when I need a bridge and that's worked well for me.
