So I was watching a stream with Jeanette lee playing at someone’s home on the Apa face book page and answering questions. She is a great ambassador for the game and it’s no wonder that Apa and others are happy to pay her to do events. One of the questions that was asked was will she be playing in the womens pro event at sbx this year? She’s always there for someone’s booth but never plays but now she must be feeling better and she’s been trying to play in pro events again. Her answer was no the wpba only allows it’s members to play in sanctioned tournaments. My question would be... since when? Is this something new? Just about every year Allison fisher , Kelly fisher , Karen Corr and others play in this event. Not to mention are there enough wpba events that a pro can make a living not playing in small events to make ends meet?

Odds are they probably thought they had way more bargaining power/value than they really do and tried to strong arm Al into paying them off with a sanctioning fee. Guess he didn't fall for it. :rotflmao1: Wonder how many of the ladies will fall in line with it or who will still show up. But don't worry, so many on here want to keep stating they still have a "tour" to fall back on
