WTB 5/16 x 14 Piloted Shaft

Does anyone have 5/16 x 14 Piloted shafts with Black Collar and Ivory-x
Ferrules available for sale. I am looking for this to fit a Bill Mcdaniel Cue
with this joint type and would prefer something around 12.75 mm.
