I don't know what you consider "fairly cheap", but I could let you have the shaft pictured with this cue for $80 plus shipping. It has an .845" phenolic joint with a 3/16" Bocote accent ring, a Titan ferrule and a 13mm Lepro tip. It has never been used. It does have a short .500" pilot. If you need flat faced, I can cut off the pilot for no additional charge.
