Looking for a lower profile but great playing cue for the bars and halls I often find myself in.
If another one of my "nice" cues gets kicked & slammed to the floor by an obnoxious drunk, I might be charged with assault.
How would you compare the hit/feel/playability of Pat Diveney's SP's to that of a Frey or Scruggs SP? Would prefer a forward balance, slightly stiff shaft, firm hit cue for mostly 8 ball bar boxes. I believe the new Diveney SP's start at $325 or about the same as Frey's. My only personal experience with a "Diveney" was a break cue that hit a ton and should have kept it.
Thanks for any informed opinions ----
