Like the title says, I want a dirt cheap playing cue. Don't really care much about the butt, just want something with a decent shaft, preferably low deflection.
Also looking for something I can pick up locally, prefer to meet at Clifton Billiards in NJ, but can be anywhere in that area. Cheaper the better, want to get it ASAP.
