I know Pooldawg has a few in their sale/clearance section. Probably returned. Not cheap, but a discount if I am remembering right.
if you find you are in the market for some of his (and many others' material), I likely have it and would consider selling.
The only Dr. Dave DVD set I do not have is VEPS (Video Encyclopedia of Pool Shots)
