I have had a few customers come in needing replacement latches for their Instroke cue cases. Does anyone know where I can find these. I'd like to buy a half sozen or so to keep onhand. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Try www.frankscenterinc.com

The body latches are exclusive to Instroke. You will not find them anywhere else in the world. I mean that. These are not the type of latches you can get from a luggage parts supplier like Ohio Travel Bag.

Your best bet is to tell the customers who want replacement latches to go to Frank's Center and have them repaired there.

Not sure on the guarantee but I contacted the link above. It will be $41/shipped to get the top latch replaced.

I had a former team member ask to use my break cue. I look over, and he's yanking on the top of the case like a wild man. I say "Hold up!" from across the room. The bar goes quiet. I walk over and look at him, tilt my head sideways and say "Try this, Einstien..." and untwist the latch and flip the case open.

Needless to say, he loosened where the latch attaches and I babied it for the last year but one side finally gave.

Can't ask any company to cover for someone else's stupidity...mine, for lending my stuff to a bonehead.

Believe me, if I knew where the guy is today, he would be handing me $41 to cover for his mistake.

You can't fix stupid...

The new latch won't do that. The Diamond Latch by Instroke is the strongest twist type latch made for leather luggage. It was designed just for Instroke and IS NOT available anywhere other than Instroke.

The old latch was the one that would break under the weight of the case.

The $41 will get you a latch that is virtually unbreakable.
