I am really looking for a Moore Cue I sold to a gentlemen in Albequerque, NM about ten years ago that had a Cocabola front with birdseye points, steel joint, and I really miss that cue, it was the one I shouldn't have sold.... The guy worked at an automobile dealership that I sold it too.

BUT!!>.... If I can't find that one maybe someone else has one they may want to depart with. Let me know

Mark Moore no longer makes cues. The Katrina hurricane wiped out his shop and house. I was with him last week and he has no intention of making any more, Moore cues.

I was aware that he had been wiped out by Katrina and had heard he had become rather despondent about cuemaking again.

Really though it is just that one cue from him I have been seeking because it was the ONE I should have never let go of. The cue was just perfect for me, I feel it made me at least a ball better, sad part is I didn't realize it until the cue was gone and I had moved away from Albequerque and lost touch with it's whereabouts totally.

Thanks for any help from anyone that lives in that area that may have any information about the cue in advance.

Did you ever find one? Call russ, I heard that Moore taught him everything he knows. They must still be real good friends.

Now that would be a funny conversation.

Seriously, if you want to track down Mark, call Bobby Headrick at Van-Winkle pool hall in Jackson Mississippi (601-922-2446) this will be your best shot at locating Mark. I've known Mark for at least the last 15 years and I'm sure he can steer you to where one of his cues might be for sale, if he doesn't have a couple laying around gathering dust.
