WTB: New Copy of Advanced Pool

I foolishly lent this to one of my team members who promptly vanished off the face of the Earth, LOL. I didn't know it was out of print until I tried to get a new one. I am looking for a new copy, not happy with any used books I have bought off of Ebay or Amazon. Has anyone seen one listed on an online store at a reasonable price? Thanks.
