Thanks for the info. Vid called him & sent him PayPal G&S for the butt. Seemed OK ish but who tf really knows, will see. If any problem I'll get $ back through PP (or CC chargeback if nec)..

Someone I spoke with yesterday that knows Jerry, gave me a bit more confidence but he was working late yesterday. Congrats on your new cue!

Thanks. But congrats are premature until I actually have it in my hand, and what I have in my hand is what I paid for. I paid him on Fri Dec 19 and he still hasn't shipped it yet.

The agreement was he said he would ship it Monday 12/22. He removed the post which is.. unusual (it said SOLD which is sufficient and what I have seen sellers usually do but now the post is unavailable). Doesn't matter b/c I took screenshots of everything.

Whatever, I am not going to keep playing text msg tag with him to receive excuses or no replies. If he doesn't ship it by Wednesday 12/24, I don't want it and will get a refund. Don't really feel like having my $$$ tied up over the holidays into January for PayPal case to mature, but that's the way it goes. Whatever..
