WTS or Trade my Vintage Schon shaft 29.5" 4oz 12.7mm Rolls Straight & Great Condition
I have a vintage Schon shaft (that was made before Schon started putting the Schon logo on their shafts) for sale, or trade.
The ferrule on the shaft appears to be ivory (because of the grain that I see in it), and the tip has a pad under it, that cue makers usually put on under a tip to protect the ivory ferrule.
I was told that the Shaft is a Runde era shaft, because it was made before Schon started stamping the Schon logo on their shafts.
The shaft rolls very straight.
The shaft is 12.7 mm (at the tip), and the weight of the shaft is exactly 4oz (according to the postal service digital scale).
The length of the shaft is 29 inches (up until where the ferrule starts), plus the length of the ferrule and the tip (so it is close to 29.5 inches long).
I would really like to keep the Schon shaft, but I do not have a Schon cue, and no other cue will fit it (other than Schon cues).
If you are interested, then please tell me what you have to offer me on a trade, or please make me a cash offer.
I would like to trade the shaft for a used OB1 shaft, OB2 shaft, or maybe a Universal Smart Shaft (needing the shaft to fit on a 5/16x18 Meucci butt).
My pictures are not good quality, because I do not have a digital camera.
Thanks.
