I would like to take this opportunity to make sure everyone understands that we will only offer warranty and support to original owners of X Breakers purchased from our authorized dealers.
My authorized dealers are:
In the US, Billiards911.com, Joe Neilsen, Tiger Planet Tour, and Charlie Bryant.
In Europe, Joba Leisure.
In Asia/Japan, ER Sports, and OTA.
In order to protect the interest of my dealers, I will not offer any discount except at trade shows and tournaments. This is to make sure that my dealers will not be undercut. Please understand that I do not have a price matching policy.

If 400 dollars is "undercutting" your dealers, then i hate to see what the retail price of this cue is. Way over priced IMO, for somthing youre not gonna shoot games with.
TommyT asked a legitimate question. Now it would have been better just to tell him what the retail price is and that "all" of your authorized dealers are going to sell it at that price. Simple.
I agree joeboxer, the hype about these overpriced cues - oh crap its been said/hacked over so many times!! WAKE UP AMERICA!!

The reason why I wanted to state the policy is because I do not want you or anyone to be upset after you made your purchase just to find out there is no warranty or that the cue you have purchased is a knock off or so on.
I have a lot of people PMing me and emailing me asking me to lower the price, although I really would like to meets their needs, I have to keep the promise I made to my dealers. I just want you to understand where I am coming from.

What is the big deal with the warranty?. Is this cue gonna break that easy?. I think I just said something funnynipponbilliards said:

We are all always looking for a bargain, but some things you just have to pay for. The best price you're gonna get new is from Neilsons' on eBay. Black, no wrap, 369.99 shipped. If you can find one used, good on ya.
Richard is one of THE nicest people in the industry, and really cares about not only his product, but his customers as well. The cue is worth every single penny you spend on it, IMHO. You can believe me or not, but my X-Breaker (X347) has made me a better breaker...even without the cue. It is not hype, this much I can tell you.
