I have received a lot of PM about this, I have posted this before and I will start a thread about it to make sure everyone understands.

We are very confident in our work and we are more than happy to offer life time warranty on our workmanship to the original owner of X Breaker purchased from an authorized dealer.

My authorized dealers in the US are Joe Neilsen, Charlie Bryant, and Cecilia of Tiger Planet Tour. In Asia, my authorized dealers are ER Sports, New Art, and OTA. In Europe, my authorized dealer is Joba Leisure BV.

I will only wholesale X breakers to my authorized dealers. Because I cannot guarantee the autheticity of X breaker which is not purchased from my authorized dealer, I will not be able to offer any warranty on such purchases.

Thank you very much for all your interest in the X breaker.

Regards,
Richard

I would think that you could tell if you made the cue or if it was a fake.

I think this pool cue warranty is a bunch of crap.If you made the cue and see it has not been abused and it was a defect why not fix it or replace it.JMO not only with x break but all the cue makers out there.JMO...

Did not know their was a market for counterfeit X breakers:eek:

Was considering buying one but not anymore. Sounds like they do not
stand behind their cues :(

Well just the other day i came across 10 or so "FAKE" X- Breakers...................... Yeah, Right:eek:  :)

I can tell you firt hand that Richard backs up his product. I had a problem with the tip on one and Richard replaced the entire cue with the brand new model from samsara. He did not have to do this, he could have just taken the shaft and repaired it and mailed it back to me. However he went out of his way to take care of the problem and it was very much appreciated. As long asm playing pool I will break with the x.

I just purchased an x breaker from Neilsen on e-bay. I have never seen one as they are sold out by the time my plane lands in Vegas for the BCA show. I just hope they live up to the hype. If I don't like it, I'll be one PO'd dude. I guess I'll find out this weekend at the tournament.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

I bought my Xbreaker when Richard first started making them. He has replaced an entire cue when the rings popped out, and then when the new and hugely improved Samsara X came out he offered to replace mine with a new one.

This was all unsolicited, and it shows two things: primarily his appreciation for his customers, but also (and perhaps more importantly) his desire for perfection; he wants the best version of his product in the public eye.

I have never witnessed a new company so in tune with customer feedback, and so uncompromising with improving an already-successful product. The main reason Xbreakers are the best break/jump cue today is the cue itself, but Richard's dedication to his customers is a close second.

I also have only positive things to say about Richard and his customer service. He has been straight up with me and took care of my needs.

Like anyone else, he can't please everyone, it seems.

His warranty is not different from other pool products I've seen. For instance, Tiger also only warranty the cue to the original purchaser.
