I moved up to a sl4 in APA 8 ball. I had a feeling I would after that 9 inning 2-0 match I played last week. I know this is not a big deal to most of you here but I am so happy! Now I just need to keep improving and moving up the ladder!

Good for you! :)

I went up to a 7 not too long ago and then shortly thereafter quit playing in APA. I'm just not a big fan of 8-ball or bar boxes in general. That and the league night takes too long.

At any rate congratulations and keep at it and before you know it you will have those numbers almost reversed. 9 games and 2 innings! Keep up the good work.

Congratulations. Just out of curiousity, what's it mean 9 innings and 2 games?. I don't know how league works.

This just means that in 2 games he was at the table shooting 9 times.

Thanks all, it feels good to play well and make positive progress after you've put in time practicing and learning. :)

Yeah, but I charge $.50/rack if the insist on calling me sausage :D

Although if you take into account inflation it is probably quite a bit less than what you charged...lol.

I'm always impressed by a player at any skill level who is willing to practice. It takes patience and discipline. Congrats!

Thanks longhair! I look forward to practicing even more now that I just aquired a Predator 314 shaft which will require some getting used to. I am going to break it in quick then let it break me in haha!
