hiya all,

i was wondering if any of the members does alot of yoga (not sure how to write it, my english is very bad). and if it helps doing it before a match or to get them into the zone.

(just wondering, cuz i was watching one of my favorit movies: Le grand blue;, about freediving (diving the deepest as possible without airthingies). they use yoga to higher there concentration level, to get there heartbeat down etc. some things im sure could be very helpfull in pool...

could for example shoot between 2 heartbeats be any good? like gunshooters etc use?

or am i just posting silly ideas again and i should go to bed cuz its 4.22 am?
 
Yes, go to bed, your rambling....:)
Meditation, Yoga, stretching, walking, sit on the beach, chant, whatever it takes. I like deep breathing exercises to relax...........

done that gerry thx :) (but i didnt fell asleep before 7 am, had some movies to watch..)

now is that shooting in between 2 heartbeats still a bad idea? just a bit TO much? or helpfull and easy to put into your shooting routine?

stand up, chalk 3 times, breath in very deeply 3 times, aim 3 times, wait for heartbeat pauze, shoot, pot, win 10.000$ at the ipt

or maybe its to early, and im not awake enough yet... :D
